YOGA INSTRUCTORS

Jendayi LaReine (AKA Brett Cave), was born in Miami Florida, with a passion for education, healing and helping humankind. 
Lareine’s love for healing inspired her to receive certifications of energy healing in Level II Ra-Sekhi, Master Level Usui Reiki, Guided Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga. Jendayi’s desires to develop a message to help others heal moved her complete to the Les Brown Speaker Training and share her messages of healing and empowerment to varied audiences. As a self-proclaimed Pleasure & Healing and Advocate, Jendayi attributes her story of healing through forgiveness, gratitude, fully embracing a positive body self-image and exploring intimacy as an expression of empowerment and necessary tool of therapeutic personal growth and development. 

It is her desire to empower and inspire people to find gratitude in all things, give to impact the lives of others, heal and crush their goals to live a life of greatness.

 

ATHENA MCDOWELL- CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I love yoga and want to continue to share it. As a teacher it is always my goal to be in the moment and hold space for my students. Yoga sparks calmness and joy in me and I want to share that with my students. I believe yoga is for everyone and I have tailored practices for all ages and skill levels. I have completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training and am certified to teach the traditional Eight-Limbed path of Ashtangha Yoga including: Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, and Meditation. I also enjoy traveling, hiking, and acting. 

The ultimate journey is the journey within. 

EUGENE BEAR GIBBS- CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Eugene (Bear) Gibbs is who you would describe as you’re friendly neighborhood person who brightens up the room with his nurturing energy, euphoric smile and Spider-Man beanie. Bear loves helping people to become their best selves, mainly one of the reasons why he fell into yoga.  His classes are energizing and challenging with slight laughter in between. Bear combines his background experience understanding core abdomen muscles, and hip mobility from his days doing Track n Field fitness and breakdancing. Graduated with his BA in Art he went on to receive his RYT 200hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Peachtree Yoga Center and CPR/AED from America Heart Association. Bear specializes in Hatha (Basic), Vinyasa, Active Meditation breathing in Arm Balance, and Inversions. Outside of yoga, he specializes in core strength, wrist therapy, splits, breakdance and the Art of Handstand/Hand-balancing. 

“I became fascinated with the therapeutic practice and mental stability which is a huge contrast to fast pace movements of dancing.  Yoga has helped me mentally with my life and as a full-time caregiver. I now can see how it transformed my physically and mentally state of mind.” 

INEZ POWELL-CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Inez works with people who want more enjoyment in their lives but deal with too many distractions. She helps them minimize the distractions so they can have more intimacy and be in touch with who they are. As someone who struggled with being distant, Inez knows first hand how important it is to fully embrace one’s sensuality to create a full-filled life.

An accomplished coach, speaker and trainer, Inez is a certified yoga teacher, Reiki & Tantra practitioner and massage therapist.

In her spare time, Inez enjoys attending retreats throughout the U.S., dancing and spending quality time with friends and family.

ALONA SAMUEL-CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and teaching with an authentic and unique approach. I obtained my 200 Hour Teacher Training Certification from a Yoga Alliance (YA) recognized institute. I am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels.

I possess sound knowledge about yoga movements such as asanas, vinyassa, and other postures. Moreover, I am well versed with the relaxation and breathing methodologies and their principles. I believe that my knowledge, proficiency, and broad experience in this aspect will ensure that the the student obtains the most benefit out of their practice!
