Know you need to go to the level? Haven’t exercised in a while. Then this is the work out for you!
Not every new fitness trend lives up to the hype. But high-intensity interval training, aka HIIT, has been exactly what its name promises: a “hit.”
HIIT for all levels, involves short bursts of moderate intense exercise, alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise.

Workouts are 30 min, because that is all you will need! You will create the “after-burn” effect. Your body burns calories for hours after the workout, essentially burning even more calories. Despite how short the workout is, it can produce health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise.
