Our boot-camps will combine strength and cardio exercises for a full-body burn. It will get your heart pumping, make you sweat, and challenge your muscles. We will move around the studio doing high-intensity intervals. Exercises use your body weight, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, ladders and or kettlebells. Doing this keeps your body guessing and having to burn calories to do it.
