We are excited to announce our first “Complete Woman” scheduled event will be Saturday September 27th! On a monthly bases we will begin to conduct classes and seminars that focus on educating, mentoring and providing tools to women as it relates to the challenges that stand in our way of becoming the women we want to be. We will have doctors, licensed counselors and certified professionals to come in and facilitate the class. Topics include: making healthier eating choices, healthy holiday eating, getting rid of ab fat, urinary incontinence, enhancing the sexual experience and how to reduce nagging symptoms of menopause. All classes are free and last 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours depending on the topic. Ensure you are signed up for our weekly newsletter so that you can see the schedule of upcoming events. You will need to register for the class at least a week in advance as there will be limited seating.
