DeAngelo Brown, Former Defensive Tackle for the Tennessee Titans, is experienced and dedicated to weight management and physical fitness.   Brown has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville. He has certification in Personal Training from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and CPR/AED from the American red cross.   He will provide fitness services that are good in quality and low in cost. DeAngelo Brown offers commitment and dedication towards health care.

Constance is a Savannah based Personal Trainer and Health Coach. She is passionate about health and wellness and driven to assist you in your journey to a happier, healthier self.

Constance specializes in weight loss and management, healthy eating, strength conditioning, high intensity interval training, and small group fitness.

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, my start as a trainer was a bit different. I began college thinking I wanted to pursue engineering, but my love for cooking in the kitchen took over. I switched gears and decided to attend culinary school to learn how to cook all types of whole foods. I spent some time in that line of work until an opportunity arose in the Sun City Community. Starting as part of the events set-up crew, I worked my way forward to become the Health and Wellness Coordinator. In that position, I gained experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, and created my very own isometric strength training class. I have also taught TRX, full body functional fitness, and core workouts. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing sports like basketball and tennis. I also enjoy cooking for people, especially breakfast, but only if I don’t have to wash dishes. As a trainer, my goal is to find the safest and most efficient ways to work your body in order to reach your personal goals!
