Plans Available For All Dietary Restrictions

You will do one plan at a time and have the choice of doing additional plans if you so desire. We can also do a hybrid of the plans below if that works best for you. We will meet/talk/video chat  weekly for all plans accept “Just Get To It.”

4 Week Plan- $199  Only $99  

This plan is for those who have done some meal planning in the past and just need the appropriate tools to get back on track.

  • Discuss current health challenges
  • Set up online diary on your phone and or computer
  • Discuss the 5 food groups and what suggested foods you enjoy
  • Use a sample meal plan to discuss prepping and preparing your meals
  • Discuss possible obstacles and challenges
  • Within 24 hrs receive your 4 week meal plan with guidelines
  • Answer client questions
  • You will have access to me via text or email, 24 hrs a day with any questions during this 4 wk period, without appointments

8 Week Plan$299  Only $149    

This plan is for those who have either never done or have only dabbled in meal planning. It is very basic but effective when your trying to get on track. This is the Just get to it plan, but also includes the following:

  • Includes 4 sessions one on one sessions totaling 2 hrs to use to your convenience during the 8 weeks, appointment needed
  • Agree on weight goals and give nutrition goals(calories, carbs, sugar, sodium, fat and protein) and timelines
  • Discuss possible obstacles and challenges
  • Within 48 hrs receive your meal plan & grocery list guidelines
  • Review the online diary together during sessions and give feedback
  • Discuss the previous weeks success and obstacles
  • Tweak the plan if needed and receive back within 48 hrs
  • Discuss competencies, suggest and agree on next steps
  • You will have access to me via text or email, 24 hrs a day with any questions during this 8 wk period, without appointments

12 week plan – $499  Only $249   

This plan will be beneficial to those who want the consistent and motivational support along this journey. This is a more comprehensive approach. Making something a habit, takes time. This is the same as the 8 week plan, but also includes the following:

  • Includes 8 sessions one on one sessions totaling 4 hrs to use to your convenience during the 8 weeks, appointment needed
  • Written exercise program customized to your physical readiness(online appointments available a an additional cost)
  • A suggested and monitored 5-10 day cleanse to rid your body of toxins, preparing for your change in diet
  • Through Behavior Change practices, help you to overcome mental challenges like: emotional eating, binge eating, stress eating
