Anita Atkinson

Notable Successes:

  • In 36 weeks, lost 43 lbs, 36.5 inches, and put on 6 lbs of muscle
  • BMI went from 31 (obese) to 23 (normal)
  • At least 100% improvement on all exercises during her strength test since start date

Personal History With Giddy Up:

  • 36 weeks since she started
  • Is challenged with Vertigo

  • Lose weight, improve balance/flexibility, build endurance, build strength

Katrina Grubbs

Notable Successes:

  • In 16 weeks, lost 37 lbs, 24 inches, gained 4 lbs of muscle
  • 50-250% improvement on all exercises during her strength test
  • Has little to no issues in her arm that was injured

Best Personality Trait Thus Far In Her Training:

  • Committed to goals in spite of physical challenges

Consistent And Hilarious Statement During Workouts:

  • “I don’t know why I keep yawning; you’re really not that boring!”

  • 16 weeks since she started
  • Started while in physical therapy for an arm injury
  • Is challenged with Multiple Sclerosis

Reasons For Doing Personal Training:

  • Lose weight, build strength in arm, build endurance
Brenda Moseley

Notable Successes:

  • In 20 weeks, lost 11 lbs, 16 1/2 inches, and put on 4 lb of muscle
  • 35-190% improvement on all exercises during her strength test
  • In spite of an ankle injury that happened not at Giddy Up but during her time here, she kept pushing to reach her goals
