Katrina Grubbs
Notable Successes:
- In 16 weeks, lost 37 lbs, 24 inches, gained 4 lbs of muscle
- 50-250% improvement on all exercises during her strength test
- Has little to no issues in her arm that was injured

- Committed to goals in spite of physical challenges

- Started while in physical therapy for an arm injury
- Is challenged with Multiple Sclerosis

- In 20 weeks, lost 11 lbs, 16 1/2 inches, and put on 4 lb of muscle
- 35-190% improvement on all exercises during her strength test
- In spite of an ankle injury that happened not at Giddy Up but during her time here, she kept pushing to reach her goals
