Shannon Baker Burbridge

Experienced movement instructor, presenter and educator, Shannon Burbridge has worked in the fitness & wellness field for over 37 years. With 6 AFAA Certifications, ACE Group Exercise Certified and RYT 200 hour Yoga Certification with Body Balance Yoga Therapy, Shannon is known for her creative and innovative programming and her effective and motivating teaching style.

She is a highly effective personal trainer and  teaches various group exercise classes including yoga, aerial yoga, barre/pilates, cardio dance, resistance training, myofascial release and stretch programming and more.  Shannon has been a presenter and trainer for AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) for over 20 years and has trained and certified countless fitness professionals nationally leading instructor trainings with up to 100 participants.

She is an American Red Cross Provider Instructor teaching Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED/First Aid.
