Yes it does. For 5-10 minutes after every session we will discuss your eating habits ensuring you are on the right track to meet your goals within the given timeline.
How long will it take for me to see results?
Every person’s body is different and responds to exercise differently. Typically within four weeks clients can see a difference in their bodies.
How long is each training session and how many times a week will I meet with my trainer?
Depending on your specific goals, budget and your schedule, you will meet with your trainer for about 30 min to an one hour, anywhere between two to three times a week to exercise.
Does Giddy Up have all of the necessary equipment?
Yes! From free weights to a treadmill, our studio is equipped with everything you need to do your workout. Trina always says, all you really need are your arms and legs to get moving.
