Trina Potts is an Atlanta based  Certified Personal Trainer, the owner and operator of Giddy Up Personal Training. Trina was drawn to the fitness industry in an effort to fulfill her dream of helping people make fitness a lifestyle. After discovering that the majority of gyms and studios focused on men and bodybuilding, Trina became determined to provide a fitness facility that addresses the diverse needs of busy clients who are forced to juggle multiple competing priorities daily. After much research and dialogue, she decided to open Giddy Up Personal Training in an effort to create a studio that embodies the environment desired: to be more comfortable, feel safe and motivated to work out.

Trina takes a holistic approach with her clients, ensuring that they have “real” mind and body solutions that fit into their busy lives. With her Giddy Up3 concept approach, she specializes in weight loss, muscle building, toning, strength training, core strength, balance and flexibility, cardiovascular health, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and nutrition coaching. ISSAC OKWANDU-Certified Personal Trainer

Isaac holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has an extensive background in personal training, group fitness, and corporate wellness. A lifelong of athletics, influenced Isaac to take a professional approach to exercise and mental and spiritual wellness. Isaac specializes in strength building, posture correction, high intensity training, and sport specific training. Isaac’s approach to fitness is very simple, and that is to build on the positives during each and every session.

My philosophy is to view being “FIT” as an ongoing process. To be “FIT” means to have: A “F” foundation of “I” incorruptible “T” thinking .

I live, dream and eat fitness every day of my life. I have 20 years of personal training expierence. I fell in love with fitness, when I was 6 years old, my mother and uncle gave me my first set of weights to work out for football. I played professional football, currently compete in bodybuilding. Having won several titles, I learned how to transform client’s bodies with my personalized workouts and healthy food plans. After my football career ended, I wanted to share my love with others to achieve their personal fitness goals through tailored fitness activities and guided fitness programs.
