Trina Potts is an Atlanta based  Certified Personal Trainer, the owner and operator of Giddy Up Personal Training. Trina was drawn to the fitness industry in an effort to fulfill her dream of helping people make fitness a lifestyle. After discovering that the majority of gyms and studios focused on men and bodybuilding, Trina became determined to provide a fitness facility that addresses the diverse needs of busy clients who are forced to juggle multiple competing priorities daily. After much research and dialogue, she decided to open Giddy Up Personal Training in an effort to create a studio that embodies the environment desired: to be more comfortable, feel safe and motivated to work out.

Trina takes a holistic approach with her clients, ensuring that they have “real” mind and body solutions that fit into their busy lives. With her Giddy Up3 concept approach, she specializes in weight loss, muscle building, toning, strength training, core strength, balance and flexibility, cardiovascular health, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and nutrition coaching. My name is Angie Barnett. I have been a wellness and fitness coach for over 22 years. I believe that mental health and physical health go hand and hand. I grew up in a small town in middle Georgia and was unhappy with my life. Growing up in a high-control religion, I didn’t feel like I had any agency over my life. I began to workout at an early age in order to take control over my life. Personal fitness helped my build my self confidence and self awareness, which evolved into POWER. I gained the courage to move away from that small town and create a life of my own in a metropolis.

During my 20+ years of training, I have worked with dozens of clients. One client in particular showed me how fitness is not just physical, it is mental as well. In 2 years, we worked together get 100lbs off. However, when we would accomplish a milestone of 25-50lbs, they would quickly regain the weight. The routine was consistent. Meal plan in place. We couldn’t figure out what was going on. After much thought, I asked my client to journal their feelings. During the journaling we saw that they wanted to be more out of life. They didn’t feel comfortable in their own skin and were afraid to be loose weight. Once we got a support system and a safe environment where they could be themselves, the weight came and STAYED off. He dropped 130lbs with in 8 months.

It is my belief that weight is a shield disguised as a form of protection against something that we are scared to face within. It is my mission to assist those who want to to tone up, release weight and gain control of their lives. My clients describe my training style as focused, patient, supportive and progressive. This is NOT EASY. But it is worth the work.

My curated program is designed to help heal the mind, body, spirit. We all should feel safe mentally and physically in order to achieve the power we desire.

I live, dream and eat fitness every day of my life. I have 20 years of personal training expierence. I fell in love with fitness, when I was 6 years old, my mother and uncle gave me my first set of weights to work out for football. I played professional football, currently compete in bodybuilding. Having won several titles, I learned how to transform client’s bodies with my personalized workouts and healthy food plans. After my football career ended, I wanted to share my love with others to achieve their personal fitness goals through tailored fitness activities and guided fitness programs.

I’m Erin McLean. I am a certified personal trainer with 3 years professional experience and 7 years of personal experience in the fitness space. I want to help YOU reach your goals in a sustainable way. No quick fixes here that will leave you rebounding in a few months. I am all about building habits & a lifestyle that you can maintain so that not only will you reach your goal, you will maintain that and keep progressing even further. I am also currently 2.5 years into pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree as in addition to helping people pursue their fitness goals, I also want to help people with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting optimum physical functional.


I’m Raejean Marshall. I have been in the PT field for going on 3 years. I used to be 230 pounds, I am now currently 127. One day I woke up and decided ENOUGH was ENOUGH. If you want to change, you have to be willing to MAKE the change. So I began. It was hard and treacherous at first because my body was not used to the physical activity. Over time, I noticed changes that made me decide that I wanted to live this lifestyle, Full-time. I decided that I wanted to help and motivate other people like myself to get to their prime form inside and out and remain there! We all have low moments, but what matters is that we keep our head high and keep pushing forward!

Isaac holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has an extensive background in personal training, group fitness, and corporate wellness. A lifelong of athletics, influenced Isaac to take a professional approach to exercise and mental and spiritual wellness. Isaac specializes in strength building, posture correction, high intensity training, and sport specific training. Isaac’s approach to fitness is very simple, and that is to build on the positives during each and every session.
